Manual Payments

Manual Payments allows your customers to pay you directly by check, cash, or through a different payment gateway. They could even do direct deposit, or pay through an app such as Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App. This would be completely up to you. 

Customers who select Manual Payment during registration will be marked as pending and will not receive access to the restricted content until the admin, such as yourself, adds an invoice to their Membership by going to Restrict > Membership. Once an invoice/payment has been recorded, the customer's status will switch from Pending to Active and will then have access to the restricted content. 

Provide users Payment Instructions 

There are two options to provide users further instructions on how to submit a payment via cheque, bank transfer, app, etc. 

Option 1:

The first would be to add the instructions on the pages customers are redirected to upon registration, ensuring this page is restricted to Members only so the public cannot view this information. 

Option 2:

The second option is using the custom plugin written by the community (not supported by us) that Emails a member after they sign up with the "Manual" payment gateway:

Note: We do not offer support for any custom code at this time. Our goal is to support all of our products to the best of our ability for every customer that we have and do not have the additional resources that would be necessary to provide support for custom code.
