Filters the amount of credit available on a membership, if that membership were to be upgraded or downgraded to another. This is the value of the time left on the membership.
Parameters:
- $credit_amount (float) - The amount of credit available to be used towards another membership.
- $membership_id (int) - ID of the membership.
- $membership (RCP_Membership) - Membership object.
