Yes, Restrict Content Pro supports Two-Factor Authentication during log in through the Google Authenticator plugin.
To enable Two-Factor Authentication, simply install and activate the Google Authenticator plugin and enable it on your user account.
Once enabled, a "Google Authentication Code" field will be added to the login form.
