This section allows you to view a list of backups recently sent to a remote destination. In includes the name and size of the backup file sent, the remote destination the backup file was sent to, how the send was triggered (Manual/Scheduled), when the send started, when it finished, and the status of the send (Fail/Success).
Under the “Status” column (just like for recent backups), there is additional/detailed information on the send attempt. If you hover your cursor over the “Success” or “Fail” status a “View Log” and “View Details” link should appear.
When seeking support on a failed send, please make sure to click that “View Log” link and once the log opens in a new window, please copy and paste that data into a .txt file and attach the .txt file to your ticket.
