Solid Central could not contact your site. It may be offline, experiencing network connectivity problems, a web server issue, a plugin conflict is blocking access, or the Solid Central client plugin has been removed/deactivated.
This may be due to a plugin. You can deactivate all other plugins and see if that helps. If it does help, then reactivate the plugins one at a time to find the culprit(s), if any.
The host or plugin may be blocking access to Solid Central and will need to whitelist the IP.

Manually connecting your site could also resolve your issue.

You wont be able to use the Add Site feature in the Solid Central dashboard if your backend is hidden. The same goes for Two-Factor or reCAPTCHA. Solid Central needs to be able to login directly to your WordPress admin.
Unhandled_request – This request was not handled by any registered verb. This was likely caused by a fatal error.

This could also be the result of a known conflict with the following plugins, amongst others.
Coupon Creator Pro, Cherry Plugin, EventOn, and Gallery.
