The Embed Super Widget option found on your page and post creation pages allows you to embed a product along with the purchase options into your page or post.
Clicking the Embed Super Widget button will allow you to select which product to display and determine whether or not to display the product's title and description.
Once you select this information, it will add a shortcode to your page or post with the product information.
Your product will then display in your page or post along with the Super Widget.
