Solid Backups: Scheduling
Solid Backups also allows you to create schedules for when backups should be created and where they should be sent to. This feature helps to create a consistent amount of time between each backup without having to remember to log in and create the backup.
Recommendations
We recommend that you run a full/complete backup at least monthly and a database backup at least weekly. We also recommend that you schedule your backups for when traffic on your site is light and to store your backups in an offsite location.
How Backup Schedules Work
Schedules are inserted into the WordPress Scheduled Actions and are executed by the Action Scheduler.
