Troubleshooting Tips

If you're having issues with "Full/Complete" backup sends not completing, but "Database Only" backups complete their send, then please enable this option (the .dat file is not required, so enabling this option will not hurt):

wp-admin (dashboard) -> BackupBuddy -> Settings -> Advanced Settings/Troubleshooting -> Technical & Server Compatibility -> Disable .dat file creation

Please place a check in that box then save the settings.
